This is my honest review of Montway Auto Transport who moved my car from ** to ** for $1209.CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service front was professional, courteous, and ALWAYS answered the phone in a timely fashion. They were transparent about costs and expectations up front, and readily agreed to schedule transport around my move. They went out of the way to ensure I got the delivery date I requested and reassigned me to a different carrier who could ensure on-time delivery when the first assigned bidder who had accepted the assignment tried to switch up my delivery date.COST: The cost was reasonable (on the low end of quotes by other major businesses who aren't trying to scam you into a low bid before jacking up the price later) and stayed the same from the initial quote, to payment. There were no surprise fees. Half the amount was automatically drafted from my account a few days before pick-up, and the driver agreed to let me pay the remaining balance by ***** upon delivery (personally I find this much more convenient than a cashier's check). TIMELINESS: The carrier called to pick up my car a night before the estimated 48hr-window (which I didn't mind, as the driver explained they were in the area and this would ensure it got delivered on time). Indeed, it was delivered on the exact day requested, albeit slightly delayed by a few hours due to traffic in another city. Overall, I was able to time my move perfectly.COMMUNICATION: The carrier, Museum on Wheels LLC, was excellent and kept me updated every step of the way. The driver, *****, gave me his personal cell and quickly responded to requests for updates. He was thorough and transparent in assessing my car for any scratches before and after delivery.SAFETY/QUALITY: I personally watched the carrier crew carefully load my car and securely strap it in. My car arrived in excellent condition with no damage to the car or the items I packed inside. Overall, great service--would definitely recommend.

Great communication through out the car move and once a driver was assigned the move went fast and smooth. The driver assignment took longer than expected and the driver was the best. Montway Auto Transport was a fair price and the car was delivered the same as it was picked up, great shape.

Excellent service! My son was stationed in ********** state for the Air Force. **** picked up the car from ********* and delivered it extremely fast! The agent ******* was easy to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend them and would do it again if needed. Communication along with the ease of booking and pick up with delivery was outstanding. **** the transporter of the vehicle lived in **********. He told me about the air show the Air Force does each summer. After he delivered the car he even sent me the link to the event for future reference. Little things like this are the best customer service!

Montway Auto Transport did an excellent job with shipping my daughters vehicle from ******* to MS! *** did it all for the most economical price I could find! Contact with them was great as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Pick up was seamless as I wasnt even in ******* but a family member kept the vehicle until it was ready to be shipped. Delivery was efficient as well as the driver kept me updated as he traveled. Vehicle arrived as we left it in excellent condition. I would recommend Montway to anyone looking to transport a vehicle as mine was shipped literally across country! Appreciate the service provided by Montway for our shipping needs.

I would give this 3.5 out of 5 stars, I moved from ATX to PHL for work and securing the job was easy and pretty quick, I went with them because I saw they were on the BBB and seemed more accredited than other auto transportation companies. I was told they would pick up my car 6/30 - 7/2 and that I would be called 2 days before the move to be told a time. 6/30 came and went and there was. no call from anyone, I called 7/1 and was told they would reach out to the dispatcher but if I hadnt been called it would most likely be picked up 7/3. I reminded the lady it was supposed to be picked up 7/2 and she said she will have someone call me but never did. On 7/2, I called again and asked when my car was going to be picked up and she said sometime today and the driver will give me a call. The driver called me directly and eventually came to get the car at 7pm. I put an airtag in the car so I could anticipate delivery since pick up wasn't very communicative. My car got to ************ the morning on 7/5, I reached out Sunday to see when it would be delivered to me and I got no response. I was texted Monday night to see if the next morning worked to drop the car off and I agreed. I received the car exactly how I had left it, this was a HUGE relief as this was the first time I shipped a car. I would definitely use this company again even despite the communication hiccups. I hope this review helps those looking to move and your expectations.

HORRIBLE company Stay away from Montway If everything goes as planned, you may be fine. However, if there is an issue due to their failure to fulfill the contract agreement, you will be left alone once they collect your money. Don't trust their A+ rating on the BBB, given the many negative reviews and BBB complaints. I have counted over 10 one-star reviews, at least, this past June only that is too many. I lost $500 because of their failure to stick to their agreement. They lied about their refund process, even after apologizing and acknowledging the inconvenience it caused me. They repeatedly assured me that the refund was on its way, saying it would arrive in the next hour, the next day, or within a few days, and that they were working on it daily. This went on for a month, but the refund never came. And they kept asking me to contract the driver for the refund, which is not my job because I signed the contract with Montway not with the driver. Montway is responsible for ensuring that the refund is issued.In short, Montway caused my family and me significant frustration and emotional stress by failing to adhere to the contract, even after apologizing and then failing again to meet their commitments. This nightmare of delivering the car dragged on for two months, involving extensive number of text messages, phone calls, and emails.I wish I could give them less than one star.
