My husband and I got married in October 20th 2018. We hired *************** as our photographer, videographer and photo booth. We first met the owner of the company, ***** about a month before our wedding. I went to make a payment and was told the person I had been working with for over a year was no longer there. No notice at all it al happened by chance. Everything was pretty good with the wedding minus one of the photographers just standing around, but thats not my issue. I met with ***** with my family and we addressed our concerns about the photos and the video. We had in person meeetings and virtual meeetings. All ***** would tell me is give me a couple week. Months and weeks would pass with either little response, excuses that someone was always o vacation or just no response at all. Kith promised and revised video and even mad is purchase our own external hard drive which we provided to him and he said he would fix it. I sent him what song I wanted and just some notes. I was told it would be done in two weeks. That was almost a a year ago? Give or take a month. He had asked to meet with me about our album and I openly admitted I did not respond right away as my husband and I were in the middle of moving and I just couldnt find the time. Two weeks after his request I sent an email and no response since. That was in September of 2021. I have begged and pleaded. I just want my video and album. I paid up front for these items and have yet to receive them. Family members have died never having been able to relive these beautiful moments. ***** and the company refuses to answer calls, emails, and messages from multiple people in my family just trying to get a simple answer. I dont care if it takes another year. I just want what I paid for. I just want my wedding memories. Please! It has been devastating.
