Excellent service and follow up. **** was very professional, diligent, and thorough. His work was very neat and cleaned up the work area. The work was professionally done. They corrected the roof and flashing area. Very impressed and highly recommend **** as well as Design and Development team.

This team is excellent in both high quality work and communication. This group was responsive, on-time, communicative, efficient, and considerate regarding protecting floors and after-project clean up. They built custom shelves in a 120+ year old home with weirdly shaped tiny closets. The end result was not only according to the requested specs, but also clean and level; they went above and beyond what we asked. They also explained in advance their plans when something was in conflict with the original design, seeking advice prior to moving ahead. 10 out of 10. Recommend.

************, and their team were able to complete the difficult task of updating over ****sq ft of our commercial canine facility without our need to shut down. Not an easy task to complete. But it was completed on time, on budget, and without complaints by their team. Not many companies would be willing to deal with canines all around them while completing their work project. They were receptive to all requests. Worked around our needs so that we were able to continue to run our business and update at the same time. My team appreciated their interaction with our pups. Complete follow-through folks with professional character.

Design & Development Group are absolutely fantastic! They replaced my houses siding, windows, and ***************** new trim/soffit/storm door/lights/etc. They even helped with design details when I didnt know what would look best - their advice was so helpful! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless, they took care of absolutely everything, and the finished product turned out exactly how I had pictured it.I was expecting to pay for everything out of pocket, but they contacted my insurance company and negotiated every detail, and ended up saving me almost a third of the total project cost! My house not only looks beautiful now, but they also brought many outdated things up to code, which gives me a lot of peace of mind that everything is safe now. I wholeheartedly recommend Design & Development Group. The entire team was so helpful, professional, and accommodating.

Design & Development Group worked on 2 projects. The first was repairing part of our roof. ***** dealt with our insurance and pointed out other issues to them so not only was our roof repaired, but he also replaced our skylights! Our ************** was vinyl siding on our home. Once again, ***** was very easy to work with and his crew was professional and meticulous with their work. Our home looks fantastic!I will definitely contact this company for future projects on our home. I highly recommend Design & Development Group-from the first point of contact to the final outcome they are attentive, professional, and reasonable.

Design & Development Group has managed two projects for me and I can highly recommend the quality of their work, their fair pricing and their professionalism. ***** is very personable and professional. He and his team are easy to work with and deliver on their promises in a timely fashion. Design and Development Group replaced the roof on our house and helped us work through the process with our insurance company. They also rebuilt a portion of a brick wall in our backyard that had been run through by a car. The quality of their work and materials is excellent. I will definitely use Design and Development Group again and would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Design and Development Group did an amazing job on the exterior of our home! We had a very large project that we wanted to complete with one contractor at fair pricing. D&D group was the clear choice after speaking with many contractors. We also wanted someone who was detailed oriented as we had a lot of specific requests. We had our siding, soffits, fascia, gutters all replaced by them. In addition we had them replace our original bay window with beautiful pella windows as well as the rest of our front elevation windows. They also rebuilt our front screened in porch and installed a new front door and storm door. They also wrapped both of our chimneys in siding and put metal caps on top to protect them. In addition to all of this they also put stone on top of our front elevation brick which was such a game changer and made our home really look amazing! They said it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the scope of this job and did it in that exact time frame. No delays or issues which was great! Also along the way they were constantly asking for my opinion on things as they knew I was very detailed oriented which I appreciated so much to be able to be so involved with the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends and anyone needing a contractor to do any size project as they dont just handle big projects, they do all sizes and scope of work.
