Dr. ********* ****** after thorough examination, referred me to ******************** for root canal for tooth #** (Sept 20th, 2023). ******************** did the root canal treatment for tooth #** (Nov 7th/14th). He did not find/mention any issue with #** during my first three visits (Nov 7th, Nov 14th and Dec 5th, 2023). After multiple complaints, ******************** concluded that the pain was from tooth #** and has cracked tooth syndrome. (Dec 22nd, 2023) and referred me back to ******************** for #**. (Dec 22nd). o I was asked to visit ******************** by ******************** for root canal for #** and now ******************** asked me to go back to ******************** for the exact same tooth i.e. #**. I went to ******************** who concluded (without thorough testing or examination) that the issue was with tooth #** (Jan 4th,2024). o According to ********************, Issue is with #** but according to ********************, the issue is with #** (Jan 4th, 2024). o According to ********************, issue was with #** as of Sept 20th, 2023, but on January 4th, 2024, the issue was with tooth #**. ******************** also (after I expressed my frustration) mentioned that it was an error by the front desk lady. According to ********************, the front desk lady marked #** instead of tooth #**. o This is factually incorrect and intentional misrepresentation because the front lady confirmed that it was not her handwriting. She also confirmed that it was ********** handwriting. o This cannot be a human error because tooth #** was mentioned multiple times in the referral slip as well as doctors note. o ******************** was present with ******** in person.

I've attached a narrative of the visits and radiographs provided to ***** about the same issue with teeth #** and #**.  He filed a complaint against me and an investigation was started and concluded with no finding of wrong doing by me. The simple fact of his case is he has two separate problems adjacent to one another.

With regard to his accusation of racial bias, I unequivocally deny it. I myself am an immigrant form ****. If I am racially biased towards others because English is not their first language, then I would be racially biased against my own parents, aunts, uncles, etc. whom all have accents when speaking English.

I do not agree to refund any money to the patient.

I am rejecting this response because: Attached is my response to Dr. *********** narrative.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

      Kind regards,

I understand ****************** is frustrated with the situation associated with teeth #** and #**. The fundamental issue underlying the case is there are two distinct problems with two different teeth. When examining any patient the chief complaint is obtained, the teeth are examined and the symptoms the patient reports should be reproduced to help diagnose the problem. ****************** did not correct me or inform me of the type of pain he had when examining his teeth at his initial visit or at his visit to finish the retreatment. He did not mention such symptoms until his first follow up visit on Dec. 5 2023. If he had informed me of his symptoms at his initial visit I would've had informed him at that time that #** had  previous root canal therapy that was infected and #** had cracked tooth syndrome. Regardless of whether I called ******************** once, 10 times or not at all, it does not change the fact there are two distinct problems that need treatment. These are the facts of the case here. It has been peer-reviewed by the state regulatory board and no finding of wrong doing was found.

Respectfully, I will not be replying to this thread any longer.
