I ordered some lounge beach chairs in October from this company and planned to use on our vacation in ***** in March. Live in northern **, no reason to open before our vacation as we were driving. First time opening when on the beach, the mechanism to adjust the chair either up or down did not work. Tried to return to that local Walmart and they said it must be to the seller. I contacted seller to describe problem and they said the ********************************************************* about the problem and why it wasn't used when purchased because it was kept together for travelling. They then asked us for a video of the issue which we couldn't provide. I told them it was defective when packaged and their quality control person apparently did not check. I have gone back and forth with them and many emails and then lastly, offering $8 refund for each chair when I paid $122. I feel it is their error in making and selling a defective lounge chair and would like a refund. We had to buy two more chairs while on vacation. They never offered refund or replacement either
