The project began in April. Originally we were working with someone named ***** for about 4 months and the week before the project began we were told he went on emergency leave (fast forward 4 months and hes still gone). From there we were put in contact with ****, apparently the manager/or owner of the company and thats where the problems began. We paid almost $20k for flooring we didnt ask for, had our backsplash redone 3 times and finally asked for them to remove it because of their lack of craftsmanship and professionalism. They were never able to provide an itemized **** and their customer service is the definition of horrible. I am not even sure if their workers have credentials. ****, the manager/owner (never got an answer) gave us the run around, would not compensate for their lack of craftsmanship or work and all in all was just shady. This company is one that needs to be warned about, especially ****. They charged almost 1k for plugging in a refrigerator with an extension cord. They used wrong material and most importantly couldnt do a basic backsplash.
