This past Sunday was my 2nd experience that I called geico for a tow truck. Unfortunately this time we had our grandchild with us. We called to be towed we waited an hour for somebody come. Because of our previous experience being stranded and nobody showed up, my husband called the assigned tow company and they said they did not except the tow. We called Geico and they said on there end they still showed the tow active. Then after that fiasco they said they will send another company and well have to wait 300 minutes. In 30* weather. When we spoke to a representative they said if we are dissatisfied with their towing policy we are welcome to eliminate that part from our policy. Again, this happened about six months ago, nobody showed up. Definitely going to cancel!Review from YourCoNotCool66

Double charged me, fought me for weeks to get my money back, changed my policy to one car instead of 2 and turned off automatic payments so they couldn't charge me twice again, so then they decide to cancel my policy and try to charge me double the price to reinstate my 2 vehicle policy that I've had for 7 years+ and then tell me that was the best they could do, they hung up on me multiple times, because I wouldn't bow to their b.s. it finally costed me $83 dollars for liability to get my control over the account again.. after them telling me that was the best they could do, I went on the app and got it down to $74... I was originally paying when they cancelled me $58 for 1 car.... Smh.... Straight up ridiculous they used to be such a wonderful company, now idk what happened but they are happy to cancel your policy... Especially when you've been with them for over 7 years had 2 vehicles and a house and flood insurance spending all kinds of money with these people... They treat you like your the hundo they cleaned themselves with....
