I worked for a married couple that own this franchise and they didnt give me a regular paycheck no training and then when I stop working they said that I will not get paid for the 3 days I worked.They didnt have me fill out a job application or proper training

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would have selected for *****************--a janitorial service. According to the franchise owner himself, the janitor should have been spending about three hours a night cleaning our facility. When areas were not being cleaned per our contract, I reviewed our cameras to find they were spending sometimes under an hour in our plant--sometimes as little as ***** minutes! I brought this to the attention of the franchise owner. I told him that we would continue doing business with him only if he assigned someone else to clean our facility, and they would come at the same time every day and park in a specific area. This way, I wouldn't have a hard time finding them if I had to review the cameras. He agreed, but when this other person wasn't cleaning properly, and I reviewed the cameras at the agreed upon time range, the janitor was nowhere to be found. I contacted the franchise owner and he gave me a list of different times depending on the day, which wasn't what we agreed upon. This made it difficult for me to determine when and if the cleaner had been to our plant. He (franchise owner) offered me a credit for one day (which I am still awaiting) for a day when the trash wasn't emptied.After further review of our cameras it was determined that this "new" cleaner was doing the same thing as the previous one. Furthermore, not only was he not coming here at the time initially agreed upon, but he also wasn't here at the other times the franchise owner had indicated. Basically, the ***************** employee was here for an hour or just under an hour on the dates I checked, so he had time to empty the trash and spot clean (if at all) some areas. This is especially troubling since the janitor is supposed to clean and disinfect. If they weren't adequately cleaning, they certainly weren't disinfecting like they claim to do!Needless to say, the business relationship has been dissolved.
