I've been trying to find someone to speak to for about a year about my results and just found out that they were closed. I had Lipo 360 and paid $6,000 and I did not get the results that I paid for. When I had the procedure done on 12/5/22 I had a follow up 3 months (March) later nothing had changed. I was told that the results will show in 6 months. Six months later (September) I went and they told me that the results will take will take a year and that I gained weight that's why my results were not good. I had not gain or lost any weight. They told me that can do another procedure for $2,500 and I said why would I pay that when I paid $6k and didn't get the results I paid for. I was told "well we have to pay the surgeon" So I told her to pay him out of her pocket since I already paid and didn't receive the results. I tried calling them again in Nov 2003 and I found out the place was closed. I want to know what can be done about getting my refund because I can't get in touch with anyone. Can we do a class action law suite against them?Initial Complaint

This business closed down without sending me any information or saying they were going to close they were taking money out of my bank account for the surgery I never got, I so when I was ready to get the surgery the place had closed down I emailed no answer so I began to call no answer because when I did it had a funny sound once the phone rang it went to make a loud scrambling sound . I then called the creditor who was taking the money the lady acted as if she was going to help me but she never did I was sent to phone after phone after phone. I made a dispute now they are saying I have to file something else . Its been very hard to get this handled. Ive paid almost 1500 into this with no surgery. They are saying they want money but who am I paying it to when I never receive services ?Initial Complaint

Paid a deposit for Chicago Liposuction to correct an issue caused by my original surgery from them. Due to my moms passing I opted not to proceed and requested my money back. I prepaid &****** for 2 procedures that were scheduled in Nov and early Dec 2023. When my procedure date was approaching I could not get a call back or get with anyone from Chicago Liposuction. I later learned though some research online they suddenly closed. I spoke to Dr ******* office in Barrington ( who performed my original procedure in September 2022) at CL and I was told that he parted ways with Chicago Liposuction and he did not receive any payment from them for my scheduled procedures. I then called the number on CLs voicemail and it was another doctor seeing if I wanted a refund or wanted a new doctor to perform my procedure, Dr ******* I said Id prefer a refund at this time. Then they put me in touch with a woman named ******* who told me it would take some time to look into my refund because it was prepaid in October of 2022. I have not been able to get in touch or get a call back or email back since. That was months ago.Initial Complaint

On 3/10/23 I did have liposuction done. It cost me $14,000. I went back for my 6 months check up. There was still some areas that didnt look right. They told me to rub the areas a few times per week. I had an appointment scheduled for today in ********** and the building was empty. They said at my 6 month check up that they will review my results and let doctor know so they can fix the issues. I had liposuction with skin tightening on my arms on February 15, 2023.The results were awful! I was told at my 3 month follow up that they would correct the procedure but I had to wait until 9 months before we could discuss what they were going to do to fix this situation. I show up for my appointment on November 29, 2023 and the place is closed and office is empty!So what do I do now. I'm out $7,000.00 and things are worse now then they were before!Initial Complaint

On 8-11-2022, I paid $6500 for a liposuction procedure from Chicago Liposuction.Shortly thereafter, I was diagnosed with a life-changing disease in my spinal cord that required immediate surgery and a long rehabilitation period afterward.Due to this, I canceled my procedure and was told I would receive my money back within 30 days.They did not refund my $6500 payment. I have tried multiple times to get my money refunded to no avail.I have now hired an attorney to assist in getting my money back, and his firm ***************** has contacted Chicago Liposuction's attorney. They gave guidance that they hope to return my money soon, but it may not be until 2024.The next step is small claims court which I file a case with this week if the money is not refunded in full.Initial Complaint

I was scheduled to have a water BBL with ************* , the first time the procedure was rescheduled was because I was hijacked the day before and ***** advised me to reschedule. The second time was because my ride home canceled on me and the facility canceled the surgery due to safety reasons. After all this I cancelled the procedure after looking through the bad reviews and because after talking to the doctor and nurse I was not at ease with the complications and post op problems. I was told that I will get a 50% refund within 60 days this includes returning the loan money that I took of the procedure I did not have. This was back in 07/01/2023, I contacted the front desk so they can process my refund request and give back the loan in full that I was being charged month by month, on top of the 4000$ that I gave to book the procedure. It has been almost 5 months that I have been trying to get an update on my refund request and no answer has been given other than they have to contact my bank because they can not refund it to the same debit card since when I got hijacked it was stolen. In regards of the loan they have not returned it and lending point is charging me monthly for the procedure I did not have. I have sent emails and called almost every week and their answer is always THE accounting department is not available and they will reach out soon they never do! I have been very patient after they told me they will only give me back 750$ refund of the 4000$ that I gave and also they told me to just cancelled the loan and lending point should stop charging me. I showed them the email of LendingPoint explaining that the loan should be given back on full for them to do that. They received the loan in full on top of the 4000$ I gave and neither have been returned to this day. Totally lack of professionalism, every time ask to speak to a manager they tell me that the accounting department working for them is a separate entity and they are not responsible!
