Since COVID began, Massage Envy has been collecting a monthly membership fee from me. During the lock down, despite them not even being open, they still collected the fee even though services could not be accessed. I asked to be refunded and was told no. Currently, not only have they raised the monthly fee to $75 dollars a month, they still have almost no time slots available for any time I can access their services. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. If I cancel my membership, I lose all the services for my entire time Ive paid as a member. I have pictures of their scheduling app showing that day after day, no time slots are available. I simply want my money back for all services paid for that I was never able to use due to their chronic understaffing.
