      They lost my title and I am months into trying to get this rectified. They tell me Honda Finance is responsible to fix this, so I call them and they tell me this is the responsibility of the dealership. The dealership has leadership that have no problem saying "this is your problem to fix" when it was clearly their fault in producing the documents for my purchase. Stay away from this dealership.

      Bait and switch! Scheduled an appointment for a car next morning. Magically it sold and they tried upselling me to other vehicles. They just want you in the door and likely did not even have the car with low miles at listed price. We checked and it was still on their website a few days later. Can you say shady?sales rep said I tried calling you twice earlier that morning. Bold-faced lie. No phone call or text on my phone. I guess some dealers just **** big time. Never go to Schaumburg Honda! Zero stars in my book!

      I am sending this e-mail regarding my service visit on 12/13/2022. I brought my ************** for a A1 service, which as you probably know is an oil change and tire rotation. I also paid to have a cargo net installed. When I got my car back it was as dirty as when I brought it in; not a problem. What peaked my interest was that the valve caps were clean, because the tire pressures were checked, but the rest of the wheels had no hand marks. I suspected that the wheels had not been rotated and so I looked closer. Unknown to your technician, one of my valve caps is different from the other three because I replaced one. That tire was in the same position as when I brought the car in. I also had a rim repaired because I had scratched it a few months earlier. The repair is so good that I am the only one that knows which rim it is. That wheel was also in the same position. Add that to the dirty rims, I am 100 % certain that your technician did NOT rotate my tires. I also found the oil dipstick not properly inserted and the washer fluid cap not secure. I had to return that morning to have some oil added. All in all, a very disappointing visit. Even if I paid ********** to service my car I would have expected better, let alone a Honda trained technician and dealership that charged me $100. You can let your technician know that he tried to pull a fast one on me but I am aware. If that is company policy, then Schaumburg Honda should be ashamed. I will never return for anything because if I cant trust you for a simple oil change and tire rotation do you think I will trust you when its time for a transmission fluid service or something bigger?If you read more reviews you will find out that others have the same complaints about tire rotations. They charge you for a service but dont perform it.isnt that FRAUD?

      Buyer BEWARE! Do not buy from these people! They told me they were going to clean the car for me, it was a standard service, well come to find out it was not standard, it was $2495.00, another service they told me was standard was actually another $850.00, they also added another service for ********. I am going to file a small claims in **** county court. After seeing all these reviews on here I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Wish I would have seen all this before I bought from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

      They over charged my negotiable price on my Honda Accord I bought my car on 10/22/2021 I talked to **** and he promised I would get my 4 k back 3k for a warranty and 1k for overcharging the price we negotiated I have all the paperwork and proof of it I received $2800 of the 4K owed Im still looking for my other $1200 that is owed I stopped in to talk to **** the gm about the remaining $1200 owed 3 weeks ago he assured and promised he would write a check and next day to my finance company still nothing so I stopped in today asking for the tracking number the manager promised **** would text my tracking number for me at 9 am at 5 pm I stopped back to talk to **** and ******************* became very aggressive called me a f****** punk shoved me and was in my face I could feel the salvia hitting my face he was so close and told me cmon swing on me enticing to fight him I am a father of two children no need to fight I just want my $1200 which is owed to me 7 months later my wife bought a car 3 yrs ago and I bought a car last fall my family will no longer step foot in that dealership they lost our business for good !! Way to treat your customers who pay your bills !!!! Literally countless calls and appearances to the dealership I think *********************** the gm is blowing smoke up my a** at this point !!!

      Forced dealer add on's - I put money down to hold a new vehicle that was still being built at the factory. I was shown several dealer add on's on a piece of paper that were not explained to me. There was no contract and no financing done as we were waiting for the vehicle to arrive. The next day the salesman sent me a text message that all was good and a hold on the vehicle would be done. At that time I told him to also please note that I did not want any dealer add on's put on the vehicle. There were several text messages back and forth where they claimed that several of the accessories are charged to the vehicle prior to arrival and they are added on to add value and help the customer. I advised them that dealer add on's are added when the vehicle arrives at the dealership not before, and that I still did not want the add on's. The final text from them was stating "we do not sell our vehicles without them. I have no power to waive the add-ons, they are added to every one of our new vehicles" so they refused to sell me the vehicle without the $3k in add on's.
