Terrible!!! Horrible experience. Bought a used vehicle from hunter. He lied had us waiting for hours. Gave my vehicle back with a leak in the tire. Refused to give me a loaner. Now I'm with out a vehicle for 3 days. Impossible to talk to a manager. Don't recommend buying from this dealership.

I never recommend this business to anyone. They sold me the broken car. Ive been going there back and forth to fix the issue last 5 months. Horrible experience ever. Now Im trying to find the lemon lawyer.

They rise the prices, like they think we are buying lobster at market price. Bad practice

Alright well this review base on discrimination and the customer service of this place. I brought my car to be service at this location due to they had a sooner appointment to have my car looked at . My range rover needs a new gear shifter the car won't come out of park. They proceed to tell me that they look for this part and no one in the world has it. them comes back and says I found a part but there's no guarantee of when it will get her my car could be sitting there for months with already my car has been sitting there for a month . So I ask okay can someone appraise the car and get me something else because they also have no loner cars to accommodate me. 1st off nobody called me back I had to keep calling to get answers and was told they where so busy! So I went up there I get there I walk in no one greeted me stood in the front for like 5 mins before i started walking over to a person to get help I got no answers and treated like i wasnt worth the time i got a ride came 64 miles to be treated so unkindly and still not be accommodated! I finally found the salesman who was supposed to be working with me who never call back and said he would ******************* I guess because I was African American it was no need to be kind or show and type of care to my situation this man told me I need 10k in order to get something else. Told me oh I appraise your car it is very nice but yeah it's nothing I can do .knowing if they fixed my car and put it on there lot they gone sell it for double of what they was trying to offer me. Then of course they still don't have no loner cars but I pull up and it's lot full of cars and people all walking around playing and goofing around with each other where I was completely ignored! These people told me well how about go through your insurance and get a rental so you want me to pay for a rental pay to get the car repaired pay my car note and car insurance for a car I'm currently not drivin

Zeigler Motors ********, ** It was series of errors, and I won't buy there again. For instance: They collected sales tax from me and then sent a check back as they were unable to deliver. When I did take off work to go get my own plates, they had not completed the title properly, so I wasted a trip. Had to take more time off and return to the license bureau once again. Not to mention, they agreed to powder coat the wheels which was not done, and I had to call attention to it and wait and wait weeks for a check less than it cost me to get it done myself. The car smells like smoke, I did discover the culprit half used package of Backwoods Cigars in the seat pocket. I spoke with *********************"on 12/9 around 3:20 PM to explain the situation to which he asked me why it took me so long to report this, I let him know that the car was delivered in the middle of the night I travel extensively and had just gotten time to realize. He offered to pay to have the car cleaned to which I let him know that I work in a sensory capacity and that was not likely going to work as the chemicals are Inflammatory. He then said something that let me know that this was no longer about making it right but defending myself at which time he said, " what I have to do is nothing what I'm willing to do is to help you find a place to get rid of the odor in your car ". He said give him till Monday to research options which I did and then I. reached out to him again per his suggestion and he had nothing other than he had googled one place, he asked for more time and he would be in touch. That was three months ago.
