I received a bill from eye boutique that I still owed even though i paid in full at the store. I called to talk about the bill they give me the run around with calling up insurance. Insurance told me to talk to them. Called eye boutique what insurance said and I told them "it doesn't make any sense on why I owe." She said "I'll call insurance and get back to you the next day." Never received a call. I Called them up asking what's happening with the *************** told me to pay otherwise it'll go to collections even though he couldn't explain why I owe money. Told me to call insurance. The insurance said the problem was on the eye boutique. Eye boutique told me they made the mistake under charge me. They said they gave me double discounts. They said "they've never seen a problem like this before." I still don't understand why I owe and what the issue truly was. I paid the bill because it's clear this isn't going to be resolved and my credit will be affected. They're lack of communication and lack of responsibility shows sloppy work and more people will have to pay for their mistakes. I'm never going back.
