      I contracted with the subject company to replace my roofing, gutters and downspouts damaged by hail. ****************** sent an adjuster and included the work described above PLUS some other damaged items I elected not to have done. The contractor was paid the full amount received from the insurance company. They told me, since I elected to not complete work I felt was unnecessary, there would be a substantial rebate once the roofing, gutters and downspouts were completed.The work was completed but they have ghosted me since completion in spite of multiple requests for the rebates. There were two checks submitted to them one was for $26,354.31 and the other was for $17,149.20. It was estimated by the salesperson that I was going to receive a rebate of somewhere between $6,000 and $9,000 after the primary work was done.I have received nothing and they no longer respond to my inquiries. I have mail a copy of a letter I wrote them today demand the rebate for your records.

      My mother passed away with checks from the insurance company for Global. The roof was done and looks to be good. She said that she was told work would be done, that wasnt completed. They took one check from the insurance company for over three thousand dollars. They also took over ten thousand dollars in cash from here, despite not having the checks from the insurance company that would be coming yet. I have 2 checks for over $20,000 left. She did not give them the checks before she passed, because she said they werent finished with what they said they would do. She said the village was on her for the repairs, and she would contact global, and no one would get back to her. I thought she was just older and confused, but I sure believe her now. I have waited over a month for a reply from then when I asked them to finish the repairs, or refund us an amount that we could. There was a roof on the deck she thought would be fixed that wasnt. There was no garage. My brother, sister, and I feel she was taken advantage of. We arranged a meeting with all the siblings and Global representatives to try to understand. We left more confused than ever. They were doing math on a paper in front of us that was all over the place. You could see the process was incorrect. To say we were unconvinced was an understatement. They offered us over $5,000 back from the checks to compensate for work that was approved and not completed. Including, but not limited to, awnings and drywall repair. We wanted time to talk to each other as we felt we were being pressured to give them the checks. We all agreed it didnt seem right. I called them and requested they make all the repairs and keep the checks, or give us an amount back that we could pay for repairs. We waited over a month with no reply. I finally told them they can have their deal and took a day off to meet them. They showed up without the check, said theyd get it, then cancelled. Then they offered us $1,000.

      I am rejecting this response because:They continue to say they want to resolve the issue, but do nothing.  They also say they will email documents and dont follow through. They dont back up the numbers their own employees have presented.  Very confusing and frustrating to deal with.
