  Ace restoration came to our house and said we have hail damage, they sent stuff to our insurance and we had an insurance adjuster come out and said you will be getting insurance money but it is just between you and insurance. ***** called us and ask how much and we said that is between us and the insurance but would like him to give us an estimate, he went behind our backs and somehow found out how much we got and said that was exactly how much it would cost, meanwhile we got other estimates and the roof alone was over $4000 more than anyone else. *****, also, said we could only go with him because we used his adjuster but that isnt true cuz in the adjuster contract it states that the adjust has to give a minimum of two contractors for the job. ***** threatened to charge us 20% of the job if we didnt choose him. Now we have siding in our driveway and ***** refusing to come pick it up. We agreed to pay for the roof, that they finished. Even though I have little ones and there were nails left on our driveway and the grass. He, also charged my 80 year old parents an extra $5000 for work he did not complete. When confronted he said, he would return the money.

  Hi this is ***** from Ace restoration.

  I have not done anything wrong WE made claim for them and helped home owner to gey approved for storm damage regarding roof,siding, gutter and downspout,etc.

  They got the money from insurance company and they signrd work order to do construction for roof siding gutters downspout window capping soffit and fascia with agreed amount.

  But all of sudden they broke the contract after roofing construction was done. So i agreed not to do any other construction without any penalty.

   I do not need to receive this complaint

  I am rejecting this response because, first of all you illegally had us sign a contract of an adjuster that signed the contract before it was already signed which made that contract void.  Then you charged my 80 year old parents for window wrapping that you did not do and instead of giving them there money back, you quick charged them by telling them you would give them a check for so much then they can give you a check for this amount, to confuse them and end up not giving them the money they were owed.  We cut ties with you because of your dishonest practices, you even tried to tell us you changed 13 plywood for our roof, I went outside and checked while they were doing the roof and saw they changed 3 plywoods, in which ***** said he would cover 5 and in the itemized contract it stated would remove and replace plywood.  We paid for the roof and are done with the company but would like this put in BBB, so that no other elders person gets taken by this company.

  For their claim, we agreed to void the contract ,so we gave up all the right from our side.

  Still, we agreed to do construction as shown on work order they signed and they did not fullfilled the work order they signed.But that is ok Ido not want  either.

  As far as plywood ,we changed 13 plywood and we have the picture to prove it ,they did not even want see the picture and they did not pay ,so I do not know what is their problem

  And her father' house we paid  to him every single ***** to him and he understood  ,actual homeowner does not have any issues 

  So once again Idid not do any wrong and Ido not deserve this complaint She got everything she wanted.
