Signature Auto Enterprises, of ********** ******** has a unique way of covering up for there unprofessionalism, I've came to terms with this after reading several reviews about this particular business were speaking of.Once they have your money, the unprofessionalism comes to play.*** is a representative of the company who tries hard to get things done in your favor...but when you tell her that your not receiving info...and something just isn't right...I can see how paperwork confusion can turn anyone into a unprofessional person...after you have money...I've asked for confirmation and receipts and haven't gotten anything...I was provide a personal phone number that I respect...but only used to notify *** about paperwork concerns and receipts...to a respectable off day or sick day I'm fine with.To understand that a gentleman by the name of ******* was going to follow up and continue the work while out...He couldn't access nor get a hold of *** while out. It turned into a waiting response game. And my goal was ro let them know I wasn't receiving any documentation for a vehicle. *** comes back, we use a different email address in which paperwork was received...agreement, bill of sale etc...the e-sign papers were papers that needed to be printed, signed and turned in.I tried e-sign online, but funny enough after trying to sign online there was a tab provided to me to open that pdf file. I clicked it and it expanded more on the contract showing 28 pages...it allowed me to bring up a cursor...in which at every X I put my name with the date and forwarded to them...******* calls and ask where did I get this info after being on the phone for ah bit... I told him this is what was sent and what I typed in my name next to...******* called me a liar, insinuated fraud, told me I edited papers and said he's keeping **** of my **** down payment if I needed to undo the deal and I haven't signed nor been sent paperwork. So basically once they have your money it gets funny
