Valet worker was SPEEDING IN MY VEHICLE! I simply asked him Why was he speeding in my vehicle? He began to use profane language and handed me my keys back! No apology or nothing. ******* and yelling after I told him I was standing there watching him drive my car to the front. These people have no regard for you or your vehicle!

Can I give less than 1? How about a -20? Absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Charged us double for policy charges that were not advertised anywhere. Refused to let me talk to a manager. Never been treated so poorly in my life. They should be investigated for this.

Its sad that youve clearly not found those employees yet. I liked the price, but the customer service and the urgency of your staff is extremely unprofessional. Starting with the Supervisor ****. She left us on hold for 15 minutes while we waited 35 minutes for a shuttle to come pick us up. When we get to the parking venue there was nobody to greet us, talk about issues with, or make things right. Instead we were met with complete sarcasm and laziness. No customers were in the office and no urgency at all to assist us. Safe to say that we will never bring any business to One Spot again. Our car had a bunch of stuff on it that was hard to get off from the 1st time we used One Spot. And if I think of anyone remotely thinking of using this service I will do my absolute best to deter them from spending 1 cent with this establishment. People work too hard for their money to be treated without care and at least see some urgency to fix issues that One Spot caused. ****, had an Oh Well attitude. And that doesnt fly well with me when youve cost me time and money. Side note: The driver that plays the Christian ***** was awesome. I dont blame him for the experience. Please get a new supervisor. One who cares beyond the paycheck. Smh

Night time pick up driver was a thug and outright rude!! First of all they took 25 mins to come for pick up and when asked why so long, his response was outright rude. 1) He was looking drunk from his face. 2) He was like what's your problem man and was trying to intimidate me and my family. 3) Asked us to take Uber next time as they provide the pick up only as complimentary. 4) He lied saying that It takes 20 mins to drive (it is just 6 mins away). Never again after such humiliation. You give them business and this is how they respond.
