DO NOT GO HERE! I made an online reservation and showed up today at 6AM and the man working the booth would not let me park because I could not find the email confirmation however he did have my name in the system with the $10 pre-pay indicated. HE WAS BEYOND AGGRESIVE and wanted me to pull up my credit card statement so I could prove my identity. I offered my ID and credit card and he started yelling at me basically and said I had to pull up my credit card statement. I asked him to open the gate so I could leave as I did not want to argue with him at 6AM while trying to catch a flight. He would not open the gate and told me to back up into *********** to exit. Don't go here unless you want to be horribly mistreated. I'll be filing a complaint with BBB and reaching out to the owner.1Business response

This person was looking for airport parking space on a very busy weekend and all 3 locations ours included were full and we reserve spots for people who make a reservation with a deposit , we had a full sign and our booth attendant asked her for proof of reservation and she didnt have any but insisted that she did .there are several way she can prove it but didnt have any so we had to decline her parking because we have to save them for people who made reservations . Its very simple for bbb to check whos right just ask her for proof of payment on her credit card made around the time of complaint. Btw she was very rude to booth attendant.

I am rejecting this response because: This is 100% not what happened. I do indeed have the deposit on my credit card statement. It wasn't about any of this it was the way the attendant treated me. They are not being honest and I'm sure the person who responded to my compliant is the man who was working the lot on the day of the incident. One day soon I'd imagine he'll behave the same and someone else will not have a calm reaction they way I did.
