I have tried to cancel the 3 month "complimentary" carwash service through the Auffenberg Car Wash website for 3 consecutive months and continue to be charged. I've used the chat service on the website and was assured that they would take care of it. This is compounded by having had a terrible buying experience. I would AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. One star is excessively overstating my satisfaction

Hello *****, I do apologize that you had such a hard time getting your carwash cancelled but it's definitely been cancelled awhile from what i can see in the system. You Never even used it, and it was cancelled back in December. Please let me know how I can make your experience with us better and as stated I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Just purchased a used 2014 **** explorer from this auffenberg. And to say this entire experience has been a complete NIGHTMARE! It started 4 hours after I got the car and I went to start the car, and it wouldnt start!!! My husband and I went and purchased a new battery and swapped it out. We were able to get the car started, then the very next day the check engine light comes on. I took it up to autozone and had the code. Something was misfiring. I was extremely upset and my husband contact our sales guy who tried to get the sales manager to speak with us. Instead of the sales manager getting on the phone with us, he told the sales man to tell us we bought it as is so its our problem. Now even more upset that the sales manager was making NO attempt to make this right me and my husband went up to the dealership and spoke with the *** He was very understanding and reimbursed us for the cost of the battery and made an appointment for my car at the auffenberg **** dealership. They had my car for one day and told us they had fixed it. Again I get my car home and the very same day my car will not start again and the check engine light is back on! Beyond frustrated at this point because I have had this car for two weeks and have yet to be able to drive it! So I made an appointment with my local **** dealership and they run the code and the exact same code it was throwing before was coming up againwhich means the auffenberg **** didnt fix ANYTHING! And of course this isnt covered under the extended warranty I also purchased. The cost of these repairs alone are over $1,000. I have tried getting in contact with the dealership again to find out if they were going to reimburse me for these repairs that they claimed to have already fixed and now I get NO response. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership and would never purchase another car from them nor would I recommend them to any of my friends or family.

We have been in contact with the customer and have come to an agreement to cover a portion of the repairs needed.

my son and I went to buy a new jeep from Auffenberg, but they told us they took all their new vehicles to auction and bought them all back, so everything is a used vehicle. so, the 2022 Jeep Gladiator with 25 miles on it was used according to them. So, no jeep incentives loan would not be from Chrystler but from *********** at a much higher rate. When my son changed his mind the next morning and cancelled the deal, they still put it through the credit and its acting like they turned him down. When it was him who decided to walk away. he never had the keys in his hand and never took possession of the jeep. They are playing games with the new cars and sounds like a whole lot of tax scam, so it looks like they aren't selling any new cars.

We currently have 60+ used cars on the lot with lower-than-normal miles. We sold you this car with the intent of you picking it up the next morning. While you were here, we secured Financing that your son qualified for and made a deal you signed for. Here at Auffenberg we operate under an Honesty Policy, and we have full disclosure every step of our process. The Gladiator you were purchasing even had a Carfax which was given to your family to look at indicating it was a used vehicle.
