**** came to inspect and did maintenance service on my air conditioning unit and system. He did a very thorough job which none of my previous contractors used to do but in the last few years, they stopped doing but still charge me their high fees. Thats why I called Service 1 Plumbing, ******************************** hoping there still contractors out there who would provide professional service like in the old days. **** did not disappoint and l am pleased by his service. Better yet, they charge a very reasonable fee, lower than my previous contractors. I am going to use Service 1 INC to do my annual furnace maintenance as well. Woke up to a cold home, 58, on Sunday morning 2/18/24. Called Service 1, as they originally installed my furnace. They had a representative at my home within two, hours. My furnace was up and running with a new circuit board and gas valve. Now thats Service 1 !Review from Karen C

They truly put their customers first. The best customer ********************** we have experienced in a long time. They helped ** get our furnace back on line in about a half an hour over the phone during the coldest night of the year. We called several emergency HVAC places with no help offered, and they couldnt help us until the next afternoon. ***** and ******* from Service 1 arrived on time and went straight to work, one removing the old furnace and the other the old AC. They explained what they were doing and ******* suggested an adjustment so the pad and unit were not so close to our house. Minor sheet metal adjustments were necessary and everything looks nicely fitted and sealed. They were courteous and professional, answering all of questions and testing both of the new units and the existing humidifier they reinstalled for me. From the quote through the installation, my experience with Service 1 and its technicians was wonderful.Review from Benjamin M

******* and ***** came to install my water softener and re-route the discharge pipe. They arrived on time, actually earlier than appointment. They worked quickly and it looks much better than the original water softner setup. The guys were personable and very professional. ******* and ***** were right on time first thing in the morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my sump pump and had it repaired within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them the next time I have a plumbing issue.
