  My wife and I ordered 1/5/2024 in the amount of $ ***** including delivery and tip and got a pizza that looks like it was dropped. It was inedible.We called the business about the pizza and the staff said they were going to send out the driver back to pick up the pizza and issue a refund for $*****. We left it on the front porch but it was never picked up. We called to let them know it was still outside. A short time later after calling the restaurant, they called my wife asking about a beef pocket delivery. When she told the guy that we didn't order a beef pocket but we were waiting for the driver to pickup the messy pizza they were rude to her and got defensive stating they have a long list of things to worry about. Sure makes it seem like there's a lot of confusion at the restaurant and they're taking the frustration out on customers.They stated that they would work on issuing the refund and to throw the pizza away so we did. 1/20/2024- two weeks after our order, we called in to see the status on our refund as it had not been issued. We were told that there is still a long list of customers waiting for refunds that have not been processed and to call back another time.I attempted to get in contact with the owner, was provided a phone number ************* and only the owners initials "CP"), but it is unavailable. I was also told that there's a list of three pages long of pending refunds that have not been processed. I was also told there was no email to get in contact with the owner. We've tried from our end to receive a refund and are pretty exhausted at this point with numerous calls to the business.
