Gold key auto repossessed my car illegally the first time and didnt serve a notice of intent to repossess until after I plaid to get my car back and they falsely put a repossession on my credit report knowing I had paid the balance on June 7th they then reported the repossession June 24th now on July 8th they repossessed my car again after I made a ****** payment they are driving their personal vehicles to my home harassing me I have incurred lost wages and its costing me my Job they a refusing to give me car back even though the car balance is up to date I live in ******** they repossessed my car from **** after the car had Been paid and told me I must sign a agreement that was not in the original purchase agreement they did damages to vehicle when they towed my. Sr and broke the and shared my personal identity information with a tow company that is not apart of gold key car lot without my permission they are towing my car and Im being left stranded in places with my children when they do this this is a serious violation to my consumer rights and costing me lots of money and loss of wages and costing me jobs every time I pay the balance never goes down it stays they same they sold me a car with a ******* miles on it for ****** dollars that they never fixed before ****** it they basically sold me a lemon they are creating predatory lending practices and purposely ruining peoples credit and thats wrong and they need to be put out of businessInitial Complaint

I signed my lease in 2020, moved to ************** before my car was paid off. I paid my car off January of 2023, and have yet to receive my title. Secretary of State informed me they still have a lien on my title. I work third shift so my wife does a lot of ********** and scheduling. Upon calling Gold Key, ***** told my wife she couldnt find it in the new system, so my wife requested a Release of Lien statement due to her brother having problems with them as well. She refused to file it, saying that I had to go there in person to request the release. I feel as if they are trying to withhold my title and try to say I did not pay. It has been 5 months since I paid my title off with no attempt for them to contact me, and rude customer service when my wife called.Initial Complaint

I was refinanced on my auto loan with out my consistent or knowledge sold a car that has a transmission leak and oil leak they have refused too handle the issue I have paid over 8 thousand dollars too them too only have my car refinanced with out my knowledge or consistent costing me hard ship and stress Im paying double the amount of the loan due too them making changes with out informing me of them
