To whom it may concern:I recently purchased(7/18/24) from Fel-Pro, a division of DRIV, their TCS ***** gasket kit. It did not come with the square gasket as shown on Fel-pro's website. I purchased it from Advanced Auto parts, which was a special order, and the package was sealed and never opened. I submitted a complaint online using Fel-pro's "Product Complaint Form" and have still to receive a response.Moreover, I contacted their customer service ************** number and spoke one of their representatives named ************************* and told him about the situation. He stated to send him an email(************************************************) attached with pictures.I still have no response from this company despite the numerous attempts.Business response

Hi,I bought 4 Monroe ************** Quick- Strut on Amazon.com sold by Amazon on Apr 30, 2023. ******************** website I could get a rebate for $150. I submitted a rebate form on Monroe.com on May 03, 2023 and got a machine-generated email saying they received my rebate submission and it is under review. And I should get an email notification within ***** hours confirming if my submission has been accepted. But I have not get anything from them until now. During that time I tried to contact ****** Rebate support on Jun 12 and Jul 13 to no avail. All I got were machine-generated emails from them with case ticket ID numbers **** & ****. I also tried to submit Contact Form on Drivparts.com and got no reply. Thank you!Business response

We checked our records for the consumer My ***** and can confirm this consumer did receive a $150.00 gift card - providing additional details below which we pulled from our records and the gift card dashboard to show proof of receipt.
