On April 13th, 2022 i left my ****** outback **** at 3 C *********************************************** Co.After he told me i will need a new transmission i asked for the price. He quoted me $2700 plus $500 for 4 new tires.I told him i am leaving ******** at the end of the month and asked if it will be ready. He guaranteed it will be ready by April 25th, 2022. It worked with my plans so I transferred him $1499 via Zelle. I called him on April 25th to check if the car is ready and he said come on the 27th. I came in on the 27th just so he can tell me that the company sent him the wrong transmission.. and for some reason he thought it will be a good idea to install it. The only option he gave me was to wait for the company to send the right part and said it may take two weeks and that I should tow it to ******* with my money. I had only 3 day to move and no car to take. i had hotels booked all the way to *******. With no car to take the only option i had is to sell it for parts for $240. I had to change my plans and book expansive flights to Vegas for my wife and I with additional 6 suitcases and a hotel for 9 nights until my lease will start.Plus renting car to drive from Vegas to *******. And because he ruined our car we had to be a used car in ** for $4000.He didnt want to refund me the money and didnt even give us a receipt! I lost thousands of dollars because of him and all i ask is just a refund for the $1499.
