It happened on 12-24-22 when I took my friend's car over to their shop to have the brakes fixed. They said that it would only take a few hours. When we went back to the shop we found out that it closed early for the holidays so we couldn't get it until December 26th. They charged us $800. We had a working battery before we entered the shop but they insisted that we get a new one which they installed. It had to be towed to the shop where they charged me for towing instead of the company that she had for towing. When we went there we found out that the owner put 400 miles on it for personal reasons and charged me for a diagnostic test which was not necessary. He used up a whole tank of gas which cost $40. The brakes were never fixed.This is no way to do business!

The Vehicle was towed to our shop for on 12-19-2022 and we diagnosed the no start issue as a faulty battery. We replaced the battery. The customer owns a 2012 **** 500 and was charged $290.22 . The Vehicle came back to us on 12/30/22 for an issue with passing the vehicle emission test. The car had a couple of rejected results and asked for help to pass the emission test. We found a faulty oxygen sensor preventing the vehicle from passing the emission test. We replaced the oxygen and performed
a drive cycle to reset the monitors. The car was driven about seventy five miles for the drive cycle and we were able to get the car to pass the emission test. The customer was charged $383.71 for that work order. There was never any discussion of brakes being performed on this vehicle and the owner of this car knows that and has verified it. Our business has succeeded on ethical business practices and we strive to accommodate customers to the best of our abilities.
