I contacted them when my basement got flooded, and ***** and his team arrived promptly and just got to work, he did not provide an estimate at all during the initial meeting. However, my frustration started to mount when I requested a quote but never received one despite their promise to provide it. They worked on a Saturday, and ***** assured me they would return on Sunday at 8:30 am, but they showed up half an hour earlier, disrupting my plans. I kept asking for a quote, even sent a text message, but never got a response. To make things worse, they left their machines at my place for several days, although they promised to return on Tuesday and only showed up on Friday. I found this highly irritating. When I voiced my concern about the cost, ***** ignored me and promised to speak to my insurance company, but it turned out that the damage was not covered, and I received an exorbitant bill for $4700.
