I think that they tell lies and I left my driver's license and they said they mailed them but yet I still have not received them

I recently had a misleading and frustrating experience at this automotive dealership. Initially, I was assured that I had been approved for a car loan without requiring any down payment. A salesperson named ******* informed me of my approval and ran my credit, confirming that I was eligible for a loan without a down payment. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I arrived at the dealership. The salesperson I dealt with, ***, demonstrated poor customer service skills and kept me waiting for an excessive amount of time after informing me that I had already been approved. To make matters worse, my credit was run again, and I was eventually told that I was approved for a car that wasn't even on my list of preferences, with a staggering 32% interest rate and a monthly payment of $849. Moreover, I was pressured to consider a more expensive car, and when I mentioned that the vehicle I wanted was below the approved amount, the salesperson merely spoke to the manager and returned to inform me that it was too late to assist me. To my dismay, I discovered that the dealership is not registered with the Better Business Bureau and operates from the back of another dealership. This entire experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I want to share my experience to prevent others from going through similar situations.THIS PLACE NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN QUCKILY!

They pray on the weak and people with low credit score and push them into a car with high apr. they sell you on your approved over the phone then when Youre there its down hill! Please dont go here!
