I have a situation where I went to get COVID tested at a facility in ******. The facility is located at *********************************************************. I went on Monday 1/3 to get tested and upon arrival called the number on the front sign as directed by the sign. A nurse texted me back saying that they only communicate via text. She told me the facility is closed on 1/3 due to sanitizing that needed to be done and I should come back tomorrow to get tested. Fast forward to today, 1/4 when I arrived to be tested at **** Oakton, I texted the same number requesting someone administer a test. I was told that they were closed again for the same reason. I questioned why I was told to come back the next day if they weren't going to be open. This is when the nurse absolutely lost her cool. She began to text me in an unusually rude and disgusting way, truly not acceptable for any business let alone a healthcare provider. I told her she was being absurd and disrespectful and then she began to call me things like "hood rat" and "ghetto" and a "bitch", which I find not only off-putting, but totally unacceptable. She began to threaten me with physical violence and telling me I should "come see her face to face" and saying that she would "mop the floor with me."I don't know what kind of person she is, but it sounds to me like a very unstable one. I have attached some screenshots including her number and the messages that were sent to me. As you can see, she is a very deranged person.Business response
