My complaint is against Behavioral Services Center, in ****** **. They violated our written agreement by discharging me from my Court Ordered Domestic Violance Classes. The agreement I signed stated that I would be allowed to miss any groups if I had a doctor's note or medical documentation explaining the absence (which I do.) I had to go to a residential mental health facility for 2 weeks, so I couldn't attend some of my Domestic Violance groups. When I got out, I emailed ***************************** and *************************** of Behavioral Services Center about why I missed some groups. No one contacted me back, I had to call them a few days later when I didn't receive a group invite via email. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone who told me that I had been Referred Out. To this day, ***************************** has not contacted me about this issue, despite the several emails I've sent him. This is not the first time I've been unfairly discharged from their Domestic Violance program. In total, I've attended about 30 of the required 26 Domestic Violance classes (if you include the previous attendances.) And I also had to complete their **************** courses TWICE because someone had miscounted my attendances the first time around. The first time I completed their **************** course, I actually did around 7/6 of the required meetings. *************************** then told me 2 months afterward that I failed to complete **************** and that I had to re-attend the classes! 2 months later? Then they actually asked me if I could attend the optional 26 week course of **************** classes, just because. I told them no. 6 classes is enough for me. I would like Behavioral Services Center to graduate me from their Domestic Violance courses and send me a letter of completion (considering I've actually completed more than the required 26 week course.) Or, allow me to finish my current course of Domestic Violance.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because,i was not fairly discharged. The agreement i signed and the people i turned it into said that i was allowed to miss meetings if i had medical documentation. You cannot discharge someone for not attending if they have medical documentation. :
Sincerely,
*****************************
