I have been dealing with these folks for a year. They go by various names/fronts. TelMedFirst.com is one, but I have emails from them, which has "Synergy Health". ("This is from TelMDFirst with Synergy Health. ")First time I used them, I just did a one time pay. I have spent four days this week trying to get a thyroid medication refilled (been taking it for over 35 years). Their website (front page) just wants you to pay and will NOT let you request service or Login. I paid last year (November 4, 2022) for a years service (and they made it re-occurring with OUT my approval). I have now spent four days trying to get this refill with NO results. They say they'll call you back & they NEVER do, or may call the next day when you're still asleep. They have NO real doctors, only Nurse practitioners, which are in NO way as well trained or knowledgeable. I've gotten about 5 months of service on a One year charge. Now, I will have to find a service that is reliable, which this one is definitely NOT. They operate out the ******* area & are dishonest. Had I known that initially, I would NOT have used them. Do not waste your time with this company. They require you to pay a $250 sick visit fee upfront and then tell you to be on standby for the next 24-48 hrs. Once they finally call, they will ask you the same questions that you already answered in the new patient intake process and then prescribe meds without going over the side effects. In my case, I was prescribed 7 meds and the only one I really wanted would cost over $100. They also failed to mention that suicide ideation was a side effect of one of the other meds. On top of that, they do not send receipts, and based on others reviews, if you do get a receipt, it does not contain the information to submit a reimbursement claim through insurance. They have no issue calling you within a couple of hours of the sick visit asking you to sign up for their subscription service. Absolutely terrible scam marketing. And then they will go completely silent. I highly suggest you take your health concerns elsewhere.

Please do not choose Synergy Health DPC if you can find any other provider. They do not update Covid-19 Protocols, they basically offer a one size fits all formula. They will upsell you and not deliver on promises. Additionally, if you need prescriptions that you can not get from your regular local pharmacy they offer a price gouging $200 overnight service. I recommend that you do your homework and look for up to date protocols on reputable websites. Stay away from this company if at all possible. You need to do your homework because these people are still offering drugs that have been replaced by better functioning drugs. Additionally, many covid-19 cases and individual situations have an indication for ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine; Synergy Health refuses to prescribe these two medications when necessary. Please steer clear, they do not update their practices and you will never get to speak with a doctor.
