I had a roof installed in 2015 with a 10 year warranty. I spoke to the installer after installation about the shingles not looking properly attached to which he responded they would attach when the weather was warmer. After I noticed mold growth on the ceiling, I called for an inspection. Capeesh came out twice in prior years stating the issue was the gutters, which were also installed by them. No resolution was ever reached. December 2021, I had an inspection where the village told me I had white and black mold from my roof leak. I tried contacting Capeesh. After not receiving an answer, I tried calling multiple numbers they have posted on ****** and their webpage. Finally got a hold of someone who said her boss was out of the office for two weeks. Jan 2022 while waiting for the boss to get back, I had to tarp my roof in order to keep my ceiling dry and prevent further mold growth as repairs were done inside to remove mold. I had asked for a signed invoice for an inspection charge to which they provided me an unsigned invoice they generated. We scheduled an inspection for 3/1 after a 15 minute delay I called and received a text in return saying "allow time for travel". After telling me they were in route and not showing up or reaching out/ responding, I contacted the owner asking him to give me a call, so we can reschedule inspection due to their no show. Owner went on my property without my permission and conducted an inspection while I was not present the following day. He stated my gutters caused the leak. I responded that I have evidence that there is water intrusion from the nails. He changed his response stating that I nailed the tarp and that is what caused my leak and voided my warranty. He told me that I have had the tarp up for a while, but I have proof from the Village that the tarp was put up recently while I kept trying to get a response from Capeesh. Black mold does not grow in a matter of days. He kept speaking over me. I will attach my evidence.Business response

************ is not telling the truth. She declined to replace the gutters and downspouts even though her insurance company paid her for part of them. The reason why is because she wanted to put the money that should have gone into repairs into her pocket. She also complained in the past twice where I verified the problem personally that is because her gutters are clogged and her roof WAS fine until she ruined it by nailing through it, damaging the roof and permanently voiding any warranty that she may have had. Although since she never paid the last invoice and never did the work I told her she needed (replacing the gutters and downspouts) her warranty was not in effect anyways.
Despite that ************ wants to take advantage of our company by trying to get free work through complaints of this sort, our company will not work for ************ any more because she never paid the last invoice, she never took care of the work that she needed to do, unrelated to our company's previous project scope, and she just doesn't want to pay to maintain her own home. We respectfully wish her well and yet decline to do anything further for her.
Please see the attached documents, which show the detailed paid and un paid invoices, the insurance summary which was more than our invoices, and the scope with regard to the gutters presented by her insurance company, which she specifically declined to do.

I am rejecting this response because:The dishonesty in the response. Such as assumptions about me as a person such as "putting money in my pocket". I consider it bad business to make assumptions about clients or formers clients, in this situation. The only inspection you did was the last one where you went on my property without my permission or presence. You state my warranty was voided, however, I have proof that the couple of nails to cover your bad craftsmanship and business ethic were not the reason the roof was leaking. Unfortunately, this does not resolve the issue you created. Thank you for your well wishes.
