Business ProfileforF & G Home Imprivement

I hired **************** as indicated under business (F and G Home Improvement) in good faith to complete work in my home. He essentially installed carbon monoxide and fire alarms where there werent any, replaced base boards in my kitchen, removed lattice from my deck and replaced it with some type of wood he says he paid $45.00 per whatever size (I dont have receipts at all). Once the work was completed, I text ***** requesting the receipts as normal business persons/company owners require. I text him twice with a request for MY receipts for MATERIALS I paid for. When I didnt hear immediately from him as I normally do I informed him that I would take photos of the work, go to Menards, price check every other material, create my file and submit to IRS along with his business card he left me. Ive not been able to identify the business but I do have his Business Card with his name and business. I feel at this point because he simply wont give me the receipts that he overcharged me by several hundreds of dollars by hiding the receipts. He told me upon return after purchasing the carbon monoxide detectors that he had $20.00 left and put this in his gas tank. This does not seem appropriate at all. I am requesting a FULL accounting of his labor and materials cost as required of a contractor to me as a consumer.. if needed, I will submit all text communications to verify the project and his commitment to the work!! I will also submit photos of the work performed by him Id also like an adjustment, or refund if he did in fact over charge me for materials, labor and/or both and an explanation of how he charges for labor as all other contractors Ive worked with in the past. I request all communication in writing and no further phone or text communication with this businessIve attached photos.Please advise.
