Ordered direct from their website on 7/31 BOGO butter pecan syrup @9.99ea. Ordered 3 for total of 6. Confirmation email didn't give ETA. Just says processing. Tried calling starting 8/7, but only 1 number listed on contact us page and it goes to voicemail saying they're unavailable. Left message. it's listed as the corporate number, but there isn't even an option to choose from. I DM'd them on ******** 8/8 and got auto reply saying "they'll get back to me as soon as possible" but still no response. I sent a message on their website, but again, they fail to respond back. I've tried calling at different times and it always goes to the voicemail. I sent an email to *************************************************** on 8/8. No response. I initially just wanted to know when I would receive what I ordered. Now I want my money back. They are completely unprofessional! They should have a clear cut way for customers to contact them AND respond promptly when contacted. If they can post on ******** (just 1 day ago) they can respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. I've included screenshots of my confirmation email, my DM to them on ******** as well as the post they made after that, the email I sent them and a screenshot of their contact us page. They didn't take their time processing my payment!!
