On August 3, 2022 I went into Ossama's Hair Design to get a Wash and Set when one of the Technicians approached me with new products and services. They told me about hair colors, Brazilian blow outs and ITIP extensions. I was already in the market for these products and services but had no one to provide them. So I took them up on the offer. I get the Brazilian Blow out which was ****** dollar, the color which was ****** dollars, a hair cut that was ***** dollars and ordered my hair for the ITIP's that was ****** Dollars under his account because the company we got the hair from only sell to license Cosmetology. ****** assure me that he known what he was doing, he said he has been in business for over 40 years and have 3 other shops in the Chicagoland area. He said he's been doing color his whole career and Brazilian blows outs for over 15 years. After That He said the hair would be back in 3 or 4 days and we could install the extensions the following week. The following week on Wednesday August 17, 2022, The hair came back but it was the wrong colors. I told him it needed to be the exact same color of my hair. He had to send it back and I had to wait, but on this visit he said I needed to wash my hair and get a deep condition because of the Brazilian blow out. I found this out on this day about the Deep Condition. Cost ****** Dollars. The Hair finally came back on Wednesday October 18, 2022 on that Thursday I went back for installment the cost was ******. The very next day some of the extension came out. My Saturday August 20, 2022, Twenty-five extensions came out. that's when I texted him and told him what was going on he texted back and said "I don't know why but No Problem you can come anytime to connect back in". I Have severe Hair lost because the extensions are string by string attached to my real hair. When Each link comes out my real hair comes out with it. I spend a total cost of ******* Dollars. below are before and after pictures. I also have a video.
