I went to this hotel for me and my two minor children on September 28, 2023. Whenever we went into the room there was a hole in the wall, the toilet was broken, bugs on the floor, and the room door would not secure properly which put me and my children's safety at risk. So I returned the key and told the lady I wanted a refund and she told me to call to speak with the lady in the morning. Now we had just driven all the way from ******** for my aunt's funeral. So, when I called to speak with the.lady and explained everything to her and she was telling it to the owner or her boss while I was on the phone. He informed her to tell me to dispute it and they will refund me my money. So, I went onto my cash app and I have attempted to dispute the transaction numerous times and it keeps getting denied even though the merchant and her boss told me that they would refund me my money. I was not even in the room 10 or 15 minutes. I just want my money refunded. I have been dealing with this for days. I'm so stressed from it all. My sister even contacted the merchant about this situation and they told her the same thing that they would refund it if she would dispute it.
