My intentions were to start a healthcare career. There was no fair chance given to those of us who started the class. The 10 week program had not even accounted for the time needed to take final exams (3) and complete 10 practice EKG strips. I spent hours the past 8 months studying only to chase the teacher weekly and daily to find out when shed be at the school, which were NOT the actual business hours. THERE ARE NO OTHER EMPLOYEES AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. She is running this business alone which includes CNA, Phlebotomy, and EKG courses. I would like a fair chance at completing this program or a full refund. One or the other. please.. I have spent over 8 months trying my hardest and being determined to finish this course only for this teacher to close out the program on me during my FINAL steps of completing this course. I am begging for help to find a solution. I have felt helpless and scammed these past 8 months. Below I have included detailed incidents along with text messages and emails to prove my experience with this business.Business response

Hello ****** the *** program is a 10 week program only. We understand that a student may need to do a make up day or need a little extra time to complete an assignment. This is why we give reasonable exceptions and make reasonable accommodations. Your program ran from June 7-August 13,2021. There is Absolutely no reason that will extend a 10 week program to 7 months. You were not ill nor hospitalized. Prestige does not make accommodations for personal reasons or to accommodate work schedules. Students must have their employers work with their school schedule. All 2021 classes are officially closed and final grades have been submitted.
I have enclosed commumication of your enrollment agreement and final opportunity to finish. Thank you for your assistance.
