              Bill covering 5/1- 6/30 from Quivey Sanitation. When I made the $102 payment I already paid for 2 weeks worth of service that I did not receive. (4/18 and 4/25). What I can't seem to understand is how I owe for a bill when I did not receive the trash pickup covered in most of said bill. (5/2, 5/9, and 5/16). Personally I feel as though if anybody owes for anything it would be you who owes me for those 5 pickups I did not receive as well as another pickup that will be on the next billing period, (7/4). Those non pickups equate to something and I refuse to pay for services I am not receiving. Also if you wouldn't mind please tell me the collection agency that my account was supposedly sent to. I would like to contact them regarding this as well. TSI is the collections company and they have stated they cannot find an account belonging to me in their system.

              Had service five years now problems Then we moved Cancelled service.They claimed we had an outstanding balance Paid it.Then they claimed it again and when we disputed, sent it to collections for 55$Then received ANOTHER WITH A LATE FEE bringing it to 115$Disputed it to *********** showing proof of payment to date of leaving property And proof of leaving property They dismissed it Now we received a new bill elevated from the original amount adding almost a hundred dollars to it with a new threat they will send that to a DIFFERENT credit bureau.I don't recommend And if you use them, I recommend keeping meticulous billing records

              The customer called to cancel service on 9/13/2023. The owner who spoke to the customer and informed her that she will owe for September service since we already dumped the dumpster at the beginning of the month and she said ok. She then refused to pay the bill and accrued late fee's as it expressly states on the bill that if you do not pay your bill within 30 days it will incur a late fee. We provided the service with zero complaints before she refused to pay this bill and also provided a new dumpster when she requested it which is thousands of dollars. The customer then disputed the amount owed with the collections company after avoiding the bill for 7 months stating they do not owe it. The owners and office staff went over the bill with the customer several times to make sure she understood. A business can not operate on free services therefore you must pay for what you received.
