      I paid $2,500 to have my dog protection trained in 2021 ********************* got covid in the contract they are supposed to keep the dog and train it they never finished the training

      *********** purchased a female German Shepherd that included full comprehensive training. The full comprehensive training was completed. He then decided he wanted protection training put on his dog.we began the protection training every Saturday for 4 weeks. We than did the in-house protection training 3 seperate times which consisted of the dog staying at my facility for **** days to complete the protection training. After the dog was fully educated I informed *********** that when and or if the situation where to arise where he needed protection the dog would do exactly what she has been trained to do and protect. *********** advised me of 2 situations in which the dog responded appropriately. One of which a stranger tried to remove something from his car and the dog responded approximately. *********** has threatened to contact the BBB for 2 years for reasons I dont understand. I hope he feels better now that he has followed through on his threats which are devoid of the reality from the situation he is complaining about. I dont know what more *********** is looking for. Apparently he is looking for a killer dog that attacks everyone and everything. Im sorry ***********, I have been in business over 30 years and I offer lifetime guarantees on health and temperament. My dogs respond according to their owners needs, my dogs are discerning between good and bad people. Your dog has been fully trained not only in obedience, but also protection work.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have just found the answer from Regis regal German Shepherd they are lying when I purchased the dog I paid her an additional $2,500 for protection training the dog was supposed to be kept at the kennel during that training the dog would never kept as the contract said I had to drive out there only to have the dog trained for 5 minutes she had never hit the sleeve she's never had someone come to the car and reacted she only had three sessions covid came along and they shut down she caught covid and had a rough recovery her husband had cancer so my dog never received the training they are nothing but liars everything in their answer is a lie her husband cannot train the dog because he had cancer she couldn't train the dog because she was recovering in ******* so this went on and on they took my $2,500 and never finished training the stuff that she said that the dog did was a lie none of it ever happened thank you ***********************

      He is absolutely incorrect. I have many clients that where present during this dogs training on saturdays. I used different training methods and products to advance his dogs protection work. I also have my staff members that worked with me and his dog when he dropped her off for her training.and that where not only present while teaching this dog during my saturday classes where i made sure that he was a priority, but used different training methods and equipment, I also have my staff of which assisted me in this dogs training when the owner dropped her off to stay with me. He brought her to me a total of 4 times for comprehensive training and protection work.. If this man is looking to have a dangerous dog he purchased from the wrong person. If a situation arises where this dog needs to protect him i guarantee that is exactly what will take place

      I sent $**** via Venmo to reserve a puppy. When the contract was sent to me it was **** dollars more than agreed. I never signed the contract. I tore it up. And she is refusing to return my money. She is threatening me and harassing me about suing ME. I did nothing wrong. She was supposed to send a new contract correcting the price before I told her I would sign it. She never sent it. I asked several times and she always had an excuse why she wouldnt send it. I have saved all text correspondence.

      Paid breeder $5000 in June 2021 for litter expected the next week. Breeder never gave us a puppy. Has had multiple litters born in the last 8 months.

      On June 6, 2021, we sent ***** $5000 for a German ******* and 7 months later, she still has not given us a puppy. She told us on June 6, 2021 that she only had 3 remaining spots on an upcoming litter which was due in on Jun 16, 2021. She then called us in July and stated that out of 4 expected litters, she only had 4 puppies that were born. She said next litter was due end of August. We called end of August and she said that she had 1 litter due in 1 week and the next in 20 days. Called Oct 1 and she said the next litter due in 2 weeks, and so on. She has 4 profiles on the BBB and has changed her ******** account multiple times. I also discovered an article from Dec 2020 where she stated that her reservations were backed up until Nov 2021 - proving she lied to us when she had promised us a litter due in early July 2021.

      5-21-2021 1000$ was transferred threw Venmo. The Monday after 5-24-2021 **** $ wire transfer threw BMO ****** . Supposed to have had puppy in June. She stopped communicating with us until we started calling non stop. Then July 22nd she said all her dogs puppies in every liter had died !! Now she wont give a date for a new puppy . After shes held the money she will not refund nor deliver a dog to us in adiquet time . After she said all her dogs puppies died it made me weary that Im going to get a dog with poor genetics she will not budge to help resolve this and holding **** dollars for going on 4 months is not fair . She said all the dogs died but constantly on ****** reviews it shows people receiving there puppies . This has been very stressful and emotional with the no refund policy its like were being forced into a bad situation and paying 7000$ for a dog we should of had by She hasnt offered a refund or resolution. No refund policy keeps her in control and its sad
