This automotive repair shop made claims that they had taken the time to diagnose my car issues, & ultimately said they could not repair the issues due to lack of a specialized mechanic. Upon taking it to the dealership with specialized mechanics- I find that the initial issue diagnosed from this provider was not the problem. In fact, I have reason to believe that this entity gave me the wrong diagnosis on bias. I have discussed with 2+ other women specifically that this agency exploits lack of knowledge for financial gain; in the way that women pay for half hour to hour consultations, only to be told nothing can be done by the institution.Initial Complaint

Took my vehicle for dialystic because the check engine light was on they told me that I had a bad throttle body they replaced it when i went leave it screwed up again they told me that I had to get my transmission fixed before they can fully dialystic so I took the truck to a transmission shop had it rebuilt it thin took it back to wilkersons to finish the job up from the 1st time and they told me that 3 of my sparkplugs were bad they replaced 2 of them when they replaced the 3rd one it broke off inside the cylinder head when they went to get it out it fell down inside the motor and it would cost $2000 to get it out of the motor i explain to them that they broke it off that its on them and they said no its a risk we take when it comes to the spark plugs and I told them I drove the truck to you and I can't drive it because you broke the spark plug off in the motor they again if you want us to fix it it will be around $2000 so I told them to tow to my house
