            Bill Mathews Auto Body provided an estimate around US$12,000.00 and 32 days to replace the rusting bed (I provided the new one), repair rusting areas and paint the whole truck. Truck was dropped off on 1/2/2024. A week later they asked for US$4,000.00 and I gave a check and got updated estimate for almost US$14,000.00. They disassembled the truck and then stopped working on it. It has been 3 months and now they are upping the estimate to almost US$20,000.00, saying they did not count on fixing rust!! This was all the job was about. The representative Mr. ***** only says he has insurance contractual work he has to do before, he can't give an ETA until the job is in painting and he "doesn't know what else to tell me". How can a business be in business like this ? Every single part the requested, I got to them - fixed moon roof, shocks, keypad, trims, to a total of US$ 3,772.00.

            Mr Bob M****** I really hope you or someone in charge , that is more honest than Blake and Lisa, reads this. At the end of 2023, we asked for an estimate to replace the full bed of a F-350 and take care of all the rust - NOT AN INSURANCE JOB. Once it was agreed that we'd provide the new bed, we got an estimate around 11 thousand and 32 days. We ALL agreed the truck could be dropped on 1/2/24 at your autobody shop. The new bed was already there. Blake knew Phil would have back surgery and wouldn't drive for a while. IN MARCH 2024, as he was going back to work Phil asked when the truck would be ready and since then the answers were "
