            First of all you can never call and speak to any live person regarding your concerns. I have called several times and only get a recording. The recording says to leave a voicemail. We will get back to you in 48 hours. They do not get back with you. I had an appointment to have teeth removed on 8/11/23. Then for dentures when the swelling went down. I have left several messages r/t that appointment and rescheduling appointment d/t work conflicts. This is Wednesday 8/7/23. They still have not responded. I called again today, more than once. Never an answer by a live person. Same song and dance with voicemail. My last voicemail was to cancel the appointment, I would have my dental needs taken care of elsewhere. This is poor business practice. Never have i ever been disregarded in this way by a dental practice. My advise avoid this place. I do not find it to be reputable. If i could leave a zero review i would have.
