On March 21st I signed my daughter up for a gymnastics class and my son up for a ninja class. I originally paid 55 dollars in registration fees for both of them, and then an additional 70 dollars for my son's class and 55 dollars for my daughter's class. In the week of signing them up, I got a last minute job transfer ( I am a traveling nurse). With a week to move from Springfield, to Indianapolis, their gymnastics and ninja class went to the back of my mind. Fast forward to May, and I see another charge for my son's class- 70 dollars, and 55 for my daughter's and another 125 for a later summer session. I remember how they were signed up and had forgotten to take them out of the class online. I quickly logged on to my online account, and tried cancelling my card, but it will not allow me to take out a credit card. It will also not allow me to unenroll my children from the classes via the online portal. In the meantime, I reached out to the gym owner, called and texted on May 19th. She replied she was busy and would get back to me. I gave her a few days and tried again, still no answer. I then tried again 2 more times, and still am unable to get in contact with her, and because I am hours away, I cannot come in during business hours. I have reached out via text 4 times, and tried calling. I am not wishing to be refunded for the initial fees, but I cannot understand how someone cannot unenroll my students from a class they have NEVER attended and take my credit card information off of file. Not to mention, no one contacted me in regards to their registration when they noticed the children have never attended a single class. Reaching out to the BBB is my last step in hoping the owner can get in contact with me and unenroll my children so I do not keep getting charged for a service we never used.
