We contacted Lawn Perks for yard work and plantings. The plants were warranted for one year and in the Spring of 2021 we contacted the company/owner to replace the plants that did not survive. The owner advised that he would replace the large number of plants that died but then never got back to us and did not respond when we tried to follow-up. We gave the company/owner all Spring to resolve and finally sent a note stating that if we did not hear back by June 8th, we would look at other options including contacting the BBB or legal action. We again did not get any responses. We replaced all the products at died over the summer and on November 2, 2021 sent a note to the company/owner that based on their invoice and our payment to his company, we wanted to be reimbursed for the plants and labor for a total of $1,552.00. We again did not get any response. We have records of charges, invoices, copies of our payment, and copies of e-mails to the company. Our phone calls were not responded to as well. We appreciate the BBB helping us out with this unfortunate situation as we have been very patient.
