****** came on November 9th to inspect for mold. On the 15th I asked him if he had my quote yet. He said he was working on it and would get it to me that day but to call my insurance. The next day I let him know my insurance was asking for the quote. I repeatedly asked him for the quote and he kept saying I’ll get it to you later or tomorrow. I didn’t get it till the 22nd of November. He claimed he could start on the 26th but never showed or called. He claimed he would come on the 28th and finish on the 29th. I gave him a check for $2340 and was going to make payments on the rest. He stated he would be here at a certain time and would show up hours later. He would ignore my calls and texts. I ended up leaving my cats at the vet for almost a full week. He came on a one day when I was in the hospital and I didn’t have my phone. He claimed he was going to finish that day with several people and now tells me he’s going to bill me for that day to pay his employees when I couldn’t help being in the hospital. He left his garbage everywhere and got paint over everything in my basement. He ripped up carpeting and never put it back. Took out a window and didn’t finish installing it, I asked him to fix my railing and he left it. He left a folder here with peoples personal info like their SS number and more. He was so unprofessional and when I asked for a license he claimed he didn’t have it on him. He came up with excuse after excuse to put the job off.
