    I am 72 yr old and have a very small company where I make fishing lures and sell them on ebay. I purchase jig dancer blades from Lurepartsonline.com and over the years have purchased hundreds and hundreds of them from this company. The blades are painted black and many times the paint was not put on properly and I just kind of sat them aside. I recently sent 57 of them back to this company asking them to exchange them and they refused to do that. I purchase them many times 100 at a time and was told by some very arrogant man at Lurepartsonline.com that they had to be returned within 30 days after I received them to get a refund. They cost about .60 apiece which is the price of a stamp these days so sending them back one at a time, at my expense, did not seem like a good business measure to me. This arrogant man told me that I was supposed to open each package of 100 bladed and look at them making sure they were good, telling me that they were packaged by a machine and no one had ever looked at them on his end. They also package them up 10 to a pack. I really do not believe they are going to use a machine to package just 10 of them. Many times when I have ordered the 100 packs I don't even open them for a couple of months before I use them. Anyway as for this complaint, I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and this is how they treat their customers. I just wanted a faulty product replace that I sent to him. Obviously not within 30 days, but it was junk and don't think it is my job to check out my parts that I sometimes receive by the hundreds in order to get out the junk. They are selling junk and then try and tell me it is my fault. I just wanted those 57 blades replaced along with a few extras to make up for the shipping costs I spent shipping them back to him in the first place. This man also threatened to not sell their products to me anymore then hung up on me refusing to talk to me anymore about this matter.
