    Both my husband and I had an eye appointment. The doctor told my husband he had glaucoma, which we found out he does not have. When we got our glasses back neither of the pairs was right. He went back in to have his glasses fixed. They said it would be 45 minutes. It took all day. They said they twisted his lenses. Finally at closing they had them done, after we had sat there all day. He can not see without glasses they was still not right. We went back the third time and they put a lined bifocal in his glasses. he could not see out of them still The fourth time we went back in there they said they would send them off and they would be done tomorrow. I called up there to check with the manager Terrell. I talked to Terrell and he was very rude. He kept arguing they could not have glasses done within a day. I pointed out that's what you all was advertising. I explained several times my husband can not see without his glasses.I told him I would be up to get his glasses and take them somewhere else. Then Terrell told me I could not do that as I was not on his papers and shouldn't be talking with me after he had been talking to him for 30 minutes. he told me that my husband's glasses was old glasses. I explained to him that we had just bought these glasses less than 6 months ago from there. I asked for the corporate phone number and he gave me a number that was disconnected and I showed him that it was disconnected. Terrell even said that corporate even know the issues in the store. Terrell then told his associate to handle the problem. The associate only refunded $98.60 out of the $166.55. We went to B*** ******l . They fixed both of our glasses. Bard even tested my husband's eyes for glaucoma he has no signs of it.
