DATE OF TRANSACTION: 12/28/21 I ordered a jersey for $94.95 ($105.70 after shipping and tax). Per order confirmation email, I was to be notified when it was sent which according to their website would be 1-7 days for processing and order to arrive 10-15 business days. I have emailed the company 3x and left a message and have not received any communication. Below it the only communication I have from them which is my order confirmation. If I cannot get the item then I would like a full refund. i bought a new jersey jets jersey from jovannicasey.com on december 15th, immediately after i received a confirmation email with an order number, #****, attached. the email went on to say that because of the pandemic the order would take longer than usual, which was no surprise and not a big deal. about 3 weeks later, this week, i was getting worried about the package because i never received a tracking number for it. i emailed them 2 days ago on January 4th asking about the package, no response. i tried calling them earlier today and the phone rang a couple times and was then followed with a voicemail saying “this textnow number is no longer a subscription” which does not make me feel better about the package i spent $86 on.
