I received a amortization payment receipt showing that I paid 166.39 every two weeks starting on 02/02/2023. I broke my phone so I asked them to send me a list of another amortization payment fee. They sent me a different one dated 08/12/2023 showing a different payment 165.23. extending the payment to 10/21/2023 I am suppose to be done paying for the car in September 21, 2023 of this year. The amount of the original amortization payment was $ 2900.95 for the final payment after I pay on 09/21/2023 but now with this updated amortization fee dated until 10/21/2023 that final bill would be 3319.00. How can you change the contract payment my final bill should be on 09/21/2023. I want this contract to be on the original amortization contract instead of the one that is dated on 10/21/2023.Initial Complaint

On January 1st, 2022 we bought a suv that advertisement stated solid transportation no issues paid $8000 for vehicle never signed any paperworkexcept bill of sale. Wanted to transfer plates but were charged new plate price were told we would get a refund but we have never gotten that.. Within a week we discovered timing chain was bad and tried plugging it into a scanner and scan tool said service engine soon light was on but we couldn't see it. We tried to return it and were informed that was not possible but they would buy us a timing chain. When we received timing chain it was a very cheap one and not all the parts were with it mechanic wasn't sure if it would last a month. When we finally got the vehicle back he had to change the timing chain, muffler, spark plugs, discovered it had a junkyard motor in it the ac hoses to the back wrre soldered shut so no ac in rear of vehicle and they had placed black tape across service engine soon light. We drove it 1 week and it has broken down again and mechanic scanner cannot communicate with vehicles computer.Initial Complaint

I am less than 5 payments away from paying off my car. I have attempted to make contact through call, text, email, and even going to the dealership in person for the past 2 months to make payments. My attempts are ignored and due to that my car has been repossessed 11/30. I would like to make my final payments, and have my car back WITHOUT the tow fee due to the fact I am not at fault for the repossession.
