I leased my 2009 ford escape in January 2023, and my car has been serviced every month since the day of purchase, sometimes several times in one month. Every time I bring my vehicle in its either for something new or for the same problems that it has already been brought in for. Or if they fix the problem my vehicle will come back with something else wrong with it. Then when you go to schedule an appointment it is always weeks out at a time. Ive reached out to the general manager and he has not reached out yet. In my opinion this is bad business. Ive been paying on a car that I cannot use without any problems. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would not want anyone else to experience this.Review from Serina B

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Maxima in August 2022 and every month there has been an issue with something that was already suppose to be fixed by their mechanics. Furthermore, when it comes to getting an appointment to have service it’s usually 3 weeks to a month out. My engine light repeatedly comes off and on, noises have remained in my undercarriage since the beginning of my purchase. I’ve consistently made my payments biweekly sometimes 3 weeks out of the month. I had major surgery in January and had my payments switched to monthly and due to issues with my disability taking longer than expected I missed my second monthly payment by two weeks and this company repossessed the vehicle while my wife was at my child’s track meet. Worse purchase I’ve ever made in my life, they never offered to put me in another vehicle that didn’t have all these issues..Review from Dorothy W.

Scammers and liers and don't honor their contract and try to put you in debt won't do anything but ruen your credit stop saleing people lemons and lieing never again will I get a car from here or refure any one I refered a lot of people here payed my payment s on time and had a worenty on my vehicle they refuse to honor when you treat good honest customer s bad your bad business. You don't have to lie to your customer s you won't be in buisness long because God don't like no ugly
