    I purchased a 2016 ********************* Charles Napleton on 4/19/23. I had some concerns, I was given incorrect answers re: headlights,rotors, but was told to bring my car back within 30 days to have dents pulled and any other issues. I did that FOUR TIMES. The 1st visit, only 1 of 3 issues was fixed, until I complained and was told nothing else was wrong. The 2nd visit was to repair marks left on my car from pulling dents, and I stated the same concerns/issues. They had my car for 6 hours and called to say nothing would be done to my car til I talked to the ******************************* 3rd visit, I went back when he was available. He had no knowledge of why I was there, showed him my written list of issues was told to come back yet again and that they would do an inspection and fix issues.4th visit, their only2 'fixes' of my tire and suspension fixed nothing. But I was promised other repairs and an extended warranty and would get a call back to make that happen. That never happened. After my 15 calls to their location went unanswered, I looked online for corporate info for complaints, wrote drafts to send to the owner, but after months of trying every number listed, none were for St. Charles, and the other Napleton locations "couldnt" give me that info. I had my male cousin try to speak with them. ***** in service **** gave him non existent info re warranty. After weeks of being sent to ***** voice mail, ** told hes no longer there but no one else has contacted me, including my salesman.Now I still have the same serious issues and want them fixed, as well as the promised warranty and compensation for my time, their outright deceit, and for their false advertising.During a routine oil change 4 days ago I was told I have an oil leak in headgaskets..for an 8yr old car? with only 100k miles on it? and over $2k to fix it? No way will I pay that. They owe me. They falsely advertise regarding their pricing, they fixed nothing they said they would, and have not returned my calls.

    DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My husband has purchased more than a dozen cars since weve been together, and we have never had one single issue until this place. He purchased the car and had to go back a week later because they screwed up paperwork. They sent us a check for??? Who knows! But it bounced, ******** our account, and then after being reassured we were meant to have it and to try cashing it at ********** we were told there was a stop payment on the check. They promised to issue us a new one. A month later we got a new check for 1/8 of the amount because they screwed up the first time. As of today, February 27, he still does not have license plates for the car he purchased on 11/2/23. He was been told four separate times that they were ordered or just ordered last week. The last he was told that was 1/31. We checked with the Wisconsin dmv yesterday who had no record of the paperwork or his car. I called today and it turns out the paperwork was filed 2/22. More than three months after the purchase of the car. Luckily we now have picture proof it was done. Past but not least, the employees are RUDE or just plain dont give a c*** about their jobs/customer service. The woman who answers the phone acts like shes guarding ************* and interrogates you before you can get anywhere. All while sounding snippy. The other employees are bored and dont seem to know whats going on. I have no idea how this place is in business, but stay far far far away from it.
